Shipping:

All shipments are sent by Express Service to the USA.

This is the most reliable and safe way to ship your Cuban cigar order.  All deliveries require a signature verification of receipt.  If nobody is available to sign, a notification of attempted delivery will be left describing how your shipment can be picked up at the nearest postal outlet.

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery of your Cuban cigars.

Once your order is received, your Cuban cigars are promptly packaged for shipping in sealed plastic bags and are boxed in plain-white cardboard boxes (Lined with sufficient packing paper). Once the packaging is complete, your package is than passed on to our shipping department for prompt shipment.

If you reside in the USA, your shipping and handling cost will be $30. This is your cost for standard shipping which means that you will have your cigars in just 5 to 7 business days.

If you reside outside of North America, please contact us regarding the cost of shipping so we can give you the most accurate shipping quote possible.

Please note that your name, phone number, shipping address and credit card number information is required for the completion of your order.

Pricing:

For each type of cigar the prices are listed per cigar and per box in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and approximate USD (US Dollars) for your convenience.

The USA exchange rate is automatically updated.  You can buy in any quantity for your online order, a single cigar, a box, or any particular amount. 

Size:

The first number is the length of the cigar in inches.  The second number is the 'ring gauge' measuring the thickness of the cigar.  1 ring gauge = 1/64th of an inch in diameter.  A thin cigar ranges from a 24 - 38 ring gauge, a standard size cigar ranges from 40 - 44 (about the size of a dime), and a large cigar ranges from a 46 - 54 ring gauge.
